Welcome to GTA Quick Movers. By scheduling or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Scope of Services

GTA Quick Movers we provides moving, packing, loading, unloading, and transportation services throughout the Greater Toronto Area and nearby locations.

2. Estimates & Rates

• Quotes are based on the details you provide and are not final until the move is complete.
• Additional costs may apply for extended time, distance, labour, supplies, or unexpected challenges.
• Hourly billing begins when our crew arrives at your pickup address and ends once the move is finished at the delivery site.

3. Bookings & Payments

• A reservation is confirmed once any required deposit is received.
• We accept payment by cash, debit/credit card, or e-transfer.
• The outstanding balance is due immediately upon completion of the job.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service are free of charge.
• Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the estimated cost.
• Rescheduling is possible but depends on availability.

5. Customer Obligations

• Ensure safe and accessible entry points at both pickup and drop-off locations.
• Properly pack belongings unless you have arranged packing services with us.
• Inform us beforehand of fragile, oversized, or special-care items.

6. Liability & Coverage

• We are not responsible for damage to items that were not packed by our movers.
• Items of exceptional value (such as jewellery, antiques, or cash) must be declared in writing and agreed upon prior to the move.
• Basic coverage is included. Optional extended insurance can be arranged at an additional cost.

7. Delays & External Factors

We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, vehicle issues, or other events outside our control.

8. Right to Refuse Service

Service may be declined if conditions are unsafe, unlawful, or inconsistent with company policy.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed under the laws of Ontario, Canada.
